Purple Butterflies

These purple butterflies seen in the Wallowa Mountains of Eastern Oregon are in the genus Plebejus, and most likely Northern Blue butterflies. Ancestral land of the Nez Perce, Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla people.
